I Want to Buy Your Book and Review It
I want to buy your book!
But I have Suspended Submissions for the Time Being. Check Back Mar 1.
If you have written and electronically published a book, fiction or nonfiction, I’d like to become one of your readers and I want to review your book. In January, Google Plus member Charles Barouch, a brilliant man, created a contest wherein #authors and #writers can expand the reach of their books, and I mirrored his efforts. You may recognize awesome opportunities to expand your sales if your book wins! I’ll review your book at Amazon, at GoodReads.com, and often, the winning book will be the subject of a critique post here at OnText.com.
Here’s how my version of the book buy contest works.
IF YOU WANT ME TO BUY YOUR EBOOK
Each month, at least through 2013, I will buy no fewer than one digital book or ebook from an author in the Google+ community. Price to be between 99 cents and $9.99. If you aren’t a member, it’s free to join Google+.
Winners will be posted on OnText contest page and at Google+. To be considered, respond to my post at Google+ or here on the OnText blog, with EXACTLY four things:
- Book title
- List price
- Your actual blurb on Amazon or Smashwords or where ever you published your book
- The full link to buy the book.
Note: Just those four things.
I will buy the book that grabs me based on title and blurb. I will post a review of the first chapter one week after each contest closes. Monthly closing date is the 24th.
Note: If this is reposted, you need to comment to the original post on OnText or reply to the original post at Google+ to be considered. Sorry, no emails, Facebooks, or other forms of entries will be considered. Good luck — I’m looking forward to reading your book!
